About the event
Join me for this session dedicated to managing thoughts during meditation. Learn how to observe the thoughts without getting caught up in them, fostering a sense of inner peace and resilience. Through guided meditation and practical exercises, discover how to cultivate a non-judgmental awareness of thoughts and integrate mindfulness into daily life.
Whether you're new to meditation or seeking to deepen your practice, this session offers valuable tools for finding calm amidst the sometimes chaos of the mind.
How much does the event cost?
We have three types of ticket:
Sponsor- £15 for the session. A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.
Standard- £10 for the session.
Supported- £5 for the session. For those unable to afford the standard rate.
Please pay the sponsor rate if you can. If you are unable to afford the supported rate let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds, providing places are available.
When and where is the session happening?
Taking place on Tuesday 19th March online using Zoom from 19:45 - 21:00 pm. The Zoom link will be sent one week before the session.
