In this session, we'll explore the power of mindfulness to forge a deeper connection with our emotional world. Through gentle guidance and contemplative practices, we'll uncover the nuances of our feelings, cultivating a sense of emotional intelligence and resilience.

How much does the event cost?
We have three types of ticket:
Sponsor- £15 for the session. A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.
Standard- £10 for the session.
Supported- £5 for the session. For those unable to afford the standard rate.
Please pay the sponsor rate if you can. If you are unable to afford the supported rate let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds, providing places are available.
When and where is the session happening?
Taking place on Tuesday 16th April online using Zoom from 19:45 - 21:00 pm. The Zoom link will be sent one week before the session.
