About the event
Stress and anger are natural human responses, but they can feel overwhelming when left unexamined. This session introduces simple, supportive meditation practices to help you recognise these emotions as they arise and respond to them with greater awareness. You’ll learn how to work with stress and anger safely, releasing tension without suppressing or judging your experience. The focus is on creating space, building resilience, and developing a more compassionate relationship with your inner world.
How much does the Making Space session cost?
We have three types of ticket:
Sponsor - £20 for the session. A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.
Standard - £15 for the session.
Supported - £10 for the session. For those unable to afford the standard rate.
Please pay the sponsor rate if you can. If you are unable to afford the supported rate let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds, providing places are available.
