About the event
Whether you’re brand new to meditation or returning after time away, this welcoming class offers a space to explore the basics of breath, body awareness, and calming the mind. We’ll explore what mindfulness is (and what it isn’t), how to start, and how to make it your own, even in a busy life. No experience needed, just curiosity and an open mind.
How much does the event cost?
We have three types of ticket:

Sponsor - £15 for the session. A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.
Standard - £12.50 for the session.
Supported - £7.50 for the session. For those unable to afford the standard rate.
Please pay the sponsor rate if you can. If you are unable to afford the supported rate let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds, providing places are available.
When and where is the session happening?
Starting on Tuesday 23rd September, meeting online using Zoom from 20:00 - 21:15 pm. Zoom access details will be provided with your purchase, along with a reminder email before the event.
